I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SLB (Sugar Land, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
Invite-only recruiting event for first-year entry level engineering candidates. Consisted of a presentation on a technical project before a panel followed by a series of one-on-one technical interviews with engineers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most of the one-on-one interviews involved verbal technical questions. One question I was asked was to describe the function of a piece of drilling equipment based on set of technical drawings. I don't 100% recall the other questions that were asked, but they typically tested fundamental engineering concepts such as free body diagrams, stress in cylindrical/spherical pressure vessels, etc.
