Interview
There are four stages: Aptitude test, HR interview, FGD, user interview. Each stages is a selection process. Most interviewee failed at HR interview. But, FGD is more challenging as you must work as a team with strangers and given a problem to solve.

good, challenging. Mostly about your CV, why are you interested in the engineering role, what is your personal preference in working environment, etc. Will ask about your experiences during college.
