The whole process took 1 day... First they conducted the aptitude test ,level ranges average.If you prepare the key topics like reasoning,ratio's,time and distances,clocks,relationships with a basic knowledge,no problem you can crack it. After that,they conducted the Group discussion, mainly focus on the current topics regarding technologies/social/networks etc., maintain good grammar and fluency..you can go through it. Third is Technical round(s),kindly remember that SLK is a fast growing company with the emergence of new technologies and databases..so please always look into the new technologies,current market,software industry etc.,They may ask to write one or two simple programs in any programming language..be thorough with that. Once you got through the technical round(s) , then they will call for the HR round, The HR was so cool and asked very basic questions.In the HR round we have to show the presence of mind and apply logic.. The overall interview experience was fantastic!!Loved to be an SLKian... Gud luck everyone... I have joined here..And the company was very good in standards ..loved it..

Firstly There was a Test Scheduled 4-5 days before Interview (campus drive) contains Aptitude, Logical reasoning, Communication section with 2 coding questions. After selection, Interview was scheduled in College, where panel asked me about my Introduction then he asked me all about my resume, he check my skills by giving me some coding questions in C/C++ and python, also he asked about OOP and Databases. approx 4 questions.
