SLK Group Senior Software Developer interview questions

I received a call from HR for senior developer position in VB6, .NET technology on Feb 9th 2018, and scheduled Skype interview for 10th Feb 2018. Technical panel didn't turn up on the interview day. Next week received a call which was technical interview with out any prior notice. Further to this HR had asked me to send the documents and had a first round of salary negotiation which both the parties had agreed for. After 3 days I again got a call from different HR person for further salary reduction which was below industry standards and gave me a joining date as 5th March and asked me to relocate to Bangalore accordingly. Meantime they promised to release offer letter. They didn't respond to any of my calls and I had to call all the three of those HRs to get the update. They had given 3 different date of joining without releasing offer letter and they keep negotiating salary every time when. U ask for update on offer letter saying that they are looking for approvals from management for the our expected CTC, so you need to reduce your ECTC. Worst HR team and management and hiring process came across ever. If you have no proper budget or plan for such positions please don't post or contact any candidates who are looking for job with such fake offers.
