The process was two steps:
1. The recruiter was knowledgeable on the actual role being advertised. In addition, responsive on my inquires, and returned call when not knowing the question.
2. Direct supervisor/on-site program manager, who ask both behavioral and technical questions (nothing too difficult if you have a security+ certification)
