I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SPS Commerce (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2016
Interview
Initial screen with Recruiter. This was followed with an interview itinerary of: 15 min with HR, 45 min with Sales Manager, 45 min shadowing current AE, 45 min with Sales Director.
First you interview with HR, then a Mid-Level Manager then a VP. I interviewed over zoom, however, the interviews are now held in person. The interview process is overall easy if you can articulate your sales skills in previous positions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time you have worked with a group of people on a project. Which role did you take?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SPS Commerce (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2022
Interview
HR will interview you first and getting to know you. Afterwards, they’ll set you up with managers and higher up. Went through at least 4-5 people for interview questions and getting to know the team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They want to get to know you in your experience and personal life.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SPS Commerce (New York, NY) in Dec 2019
Interview
Got a call from recruiter (pretty standard "how you fit" interview). Then received and invite to the office downtown for in person interview with four sales managers(two at a time). The first two of the interview process was more of a casual get to know who you are. The second two were more sales experience and capabilities oriented. Pretty much will "soft" grill you on your qualifications. Seems lengthy and a good way to discourage top talent from accepting offers.
