I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SPS Commerce (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview process took multiple months, but it was communicated to me why there was a delay in scheduling the onsite interview following the phone interview. They were focused on hiring people that were starting earlier than I planned on starting and so that was given priority. Following the onsite interview, I heard back quickly regarding the job. Everyone in the HR/recruiting process was very friendly and helpful when I had questions, even though the process took a while.

Question 1
How can you contribute to SPS Commerce with your experiences?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at SPS Commerce
Interview
Was invited to an informational interview and it was very informal but helpful learning about the culture. The company seems great to work with, but did not get a call back even though the informational interview went really well.
Really great, each interview felt stress-free and genuine. Process was a bit extensive but never felt overbearing. I went through a few zoom calls and a job shadow. Each call answered all of my questions about the company and made me confident in choosing to accept.
