SPS Commerce Sales Development Representative interview questions

Had interview at Student Job Fair- 2 on 1 and very friendly. I was called back 1 month later for in person interview in Minneapolis. Interview with Sales Managers, Director of Sales, VP Sales. Called back 3 days later with job offer.

1st phone interview, 2nd onsite interview with district sales manager, sales manager, sales training manager and sometimes the VP of Sales. They are looking to see if you are able to keep a conversation going. In the interview they look to see how good you are at asking questions. The VP often likes to fake a phone call during the interview to see the candidate's reaction.
