My experience with this organization was defined by a consistent lack of professional courtesy and significant cultural red flags. After an initial month long period of being ghosted, the process began with a rushed, 8 minute screening that set a disorganized tone for the remaining rounds. During subsequent interviews, the person I interviewed with was surprisingly candid about ongoing 'internal work politics' and team friction, which signaled a troubled day-to-day environment. This lack of decorum culminated in the final round; a key stakeholder failed to attend without notice, and the senior leadership representative who did appear but arriving in a blue hoodie for a formal interview and maintaining a rude demeanor throughout the interview from the moment it started. If this level of dysfunction and disrespect is representative of how the executive team operates, it raises serious questions about the company’s internal stability and professional standards. I would advise any candidate to consider the long-term implications of joining a culture with such visible leadership issues.
