Lengthy, annoying, rude...I came in and waited for over 35 minutes for hiring manager to come in, and when he did he did not apologize...It was crazy and annoying and the same time
Email screening via HR recruiter, followed by two video interviews. It can be intimidating. Then an offer letter. It can take a month or two between screening and interviews. Make sure to provide lots of examples and applications of your skills.
