I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SS&C (New York, NY) in Nov 2020
Interview
Total of 4 interview processes.
1. More of behavior questions by walking through my resume together.
2. Technical Questions regarding frontend and cloud knowledges
3. Frontend, Backend, and Database related questions. They even asked about basic css and jquery syntaxes that can be easily looked up through the websites and hard to remember.
4. Interview with the manager, and Database question
Overall it was ok. However, the recruiter they are working with was very disrespectful to the candidates.
The recruiter asked me to share all my other companies' interview processes and cancel my other interviews without giving me the offer letter, and the company is not willing to do any salary negotiation.
First, the recruiter did a phone screening ask me for more description about the resume then scheduled the interview meeting. Next step, is interview with both manager and software engineer in the team there is some live coding problem in this step.

Question 1
If you have to find a maximum value from array without using built-in function how can you do?
1st round is with HR, 2nd was a more technical one focusing on OOP in general, and the 3rd one was 3 back-to-back interviews with different people. All in all, I wasted 4+ hours interviewing with this company, and was ghosted without even a rejection letter. I've emailed them twice, and never received a response. Plain disrespectful.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SS&C (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2022
Interview
It was a typical interview - 1 hr long, first 30 mins were technical questions around your experience and then the remainder half was 2 algorithmic questions.
Just make sure to have your speed up, though the questions weren't hard, I lacked speed and if you have the speed then you are good
