Interview
If they feel that you are a good candidate, you will be called for a phone interview. If they are still interested in you, you will be scheduled for a face to face interview with management. You will then be told by management at what time you should expect to hear something back, regardless of rather it's good news or bad news.

Interview
One on one interview with the pharmacy director. The entire interview took about thirty minutes and the job requirements were specifically discussed, from lifting to licensure requirements. I was asked personality based questions. Most of them focused on functioning in a fast paced environment.
