I job shadowed for four hours and had a peer interview. They showed me most of what the job was. They also asked me a bunch of questions in my peer interview. I sat in a room with five of my potential coworkers.

Was a amazing experience, and very rewarding, i had worked for the company in a similar job before and had a great work record and great connections with everyone involved, i had to leave for awhile and had made enough connections with everyone in the hr department to get well on my way, this time i have a new supervisor the got a awesome referral from my old boss before he retired which helped me and the connection to my new boss in the interview stage, never the less we hit it off well.
