STR interview questions

I applied online and the process took a few weeks ultimately never heard back from anyone which was surprising for a company I thought was respectable and said I would hear one way or another. I could tell with the complete lack of direction they had as a whole it would not have been a good fit. I met with a few team members and also did a brief 10-minute presentation. They put a lot of merit into the presentation which took hours of prep work. So obviously them not responding or following up at the end of it was disappointing. Also the position was a BDR role that does not offer commission, head scratcher? I think so.
