One phone screening, and two onsite interviews. Pretty normal questions with a lot of questions on how to deal with difficult situations. Several what is questions. Nothing to out of the ordinary.

How do you deal with a team member that doesn't come to the various meeting on-time? Presented several charts from TFS and had to discuss the peaks and dips. Describe a typical day of a Scrum Master?
