Usually 1 interview with the CFO, HR & a team member. Questions concentrate on your qualifications & experience. Excel experience is emphasized. Good back & forth with the interviewers. Also given a tour of the facility.
I had a call from HR, a call with the CFO, and then an in person interview with the CFO and site manager. There was a little hedging on answering work life balance.

Interview
Easy and comfortable environment. The manager had a good attitude and created a nice atmosphere. The interview was mainly about topics related with the position. Looks like it is a open minded company with s young leadership team.
