Interview
First call with recruiter; then call with SDR Manager, Outbound; then 4 person panel on-site. Process overall took about three weeks and moved very quick.
Unfortunately, the SDR Managers I spoke with had no knowledge of my background, took no time to even review my resume before hand so I literally had to tell each one the same thing over and over again with each of them asking the same exact questions.
After the interviews I knew I was a no, and feel that if the managers had more focus in their interview process they could of vetted me out before going on-site, which I would of much rather of appreciate instead of having to get out of work for three hours.
Very nice people, very good company, bad interview process and attentiveness to the candidate experience.

Interview
Reached out by a recruiter in Aug 2018. Then passed on to the screening process with multiple associates in the recruitment.
The scheduled phone interview was at 8:20 am.
At 8:45, heard nothing from hiring manager.
At 8:46, contacted the associate and they claimed that HM left a VM but that I received nothing and confirmed my phone # for the second time.
Waited for another few minutes to realized that the associate could have misled the HM or me to save face. Told them to reach out to me via email and sent a note to the sourcer to explain the situation.
By the time I received to reschedule the call, it is safe to assume that the perception had been anything but positive with since there was no communication and accountability on all parties involved.
Overall, it was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Glad that I didn't move forward.

Interview
Very short phone interview and longer on site interview. Everyone was great, polite, friendly and professional. On site interview was with 4 people and was 30m long with each person. Employees seemed happy and nice office!
