I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sage (London, England) in May 2020
Interview
I was contacted by their internal recruiter as they thought I was a good match for the role and got a first screening with them first. I then proceeded to have another interview with the SEO Manager and the SEO Director around my experience and expertise. Both of them were really nice and the interview went well (or I guess I thought so). The next step would have been a technical task. However, after a couple of weeks I got an automated email from their system stating they had offered the role to another candidate. The recruiter didn't even bother sending a feedback upon request, but they've put the role back up again. Glad I didn't have to spend hours on a task as some other people had to do before receiving the same treatment, to be honest.

Question 1
How would I go about site migrations, questions about my experience and CV
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sage (London, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
After an initial screening phone call with HR (15 minutes), I have been invited to a second call with the SEO managers where I was asked specific questions about XML sitemaps, hreflang tags and robots.txt (roughly 30 minutes).
After passing these first two steps I have been invited to a face to face interview where I had the chance to meet the team and the managers for about 2 hours. A week before the interview I was asked to provide a Powerpoint presentation about SEO technical issues mainly involving international SEO. Due to the level of analysis requested, the deck required several hours of work to be completed.
After weeks of silence, I have been notified by email by an HR representative that my application had not been successful (without any more details). To date (several weeks after the last email), I have not received a word of feedback.
