Usual interview process for a PA. The interview process was straightforward. The process started with an initial screening call via MS Teams 2nd call with HR and a Senior EA. 3rd interview in person at H/O in the Shard with the hiring manager for 30 minutes Overall it was a pleasant experience. You do need to take your ID/passport if you interview at the Shard.

Interviewed by 4 Senior Execs, HR, 2 Directors and the CEO (3 separate interviews). HR was more of a skill based/IQ interview, the other 2 interviews were more about personality and ensuring I was the right fit for the role and the business.
