Prospected by external recruiter, then HR phone screen initially, HR recruiter passed to hiring manager for phone interview, then more sales phone interviews, last on-site interview with sales leadership in Austin. Lot's of process and delays, took weeks.

Describe you sales process and territory management approach; share a deal you won/lost; your strengths/weaknesses; what do you know about the security market and Sailpoint; basic standard sales interview questions-majority to interview was on facts contained in CV.

Interview
I was contacted and we set the interview with some difficulties on both agendas. Once we scheduled , I was asked about my actual position, clients and about Sail point . I made questions related to the company organization, objectives on the sales region side concretion to the position, with no clear answers from their side. We agreed next step or feedback either that never happened. Another company that uses silence with candidates or next coming clients..who knows.
