The initial process was good. I was invited to a Panel Interview and after two weeks of radio silence I was just told that I was unsuccessful. No feedback was given whatsoever.

After 5 interviews for an ISR position - Spain/France they said they move forward with an other candidate when they told me 3 days before that they didnt have any candidates in their pipeline. My last interview with the spanish manager i had the worse experience ever as candidate. He mentioned that in his team someone was not performing well because he was latino and his spanish is different. Moreover, he reproached me to have a french accent when i am talking spanish. And finally he asked me to speak portugueese when the job description never mentionned that skill. Saying that someone is not performing because he is Latino was for me super embarassing. So yes they mention Diversity & Inclusion on their website but they are definetely not following those values.
