I had one interview at Pune office(FEB-2026), over all very disappointing , I have face ever , in first technical round 2 person was taken my interview , started with my previous project and experience, then move on java collection, exception, sorting algo and threading I have explain each question in depth , after the give one array question {1,1,2,2,3,4,4,5,5} and they want output as {1,2,3,4,5,0,0,0}, in first time I take linked list and check if contain then skip and in last add 0 till the length, interview asked to reduce time complexity , later on I modify solation with two point based with O(1) time complexity. and in last they asked general senecio based (finding harvested ball ) I have explain the best solution for that in last they sail please wait . I wait around 1-1:30 H after 1st round (with hoping next round in confidence) , HR called me Sorry unfortunate my exaptation not matching with my requirement. FULL TIME WASTE.

I had one interview with the recruiter and was told I would hear back the next day about potential next steps. Instead I was ghosted, even after a follow up email. It's totally fine to not progress in the process, but no communication at all is unprofessional.
