Hiring process is really bad for such a good company.Initially I was contacted by Recruiter and had a discussion .Followed by a technical round .Once I am through the technical round they scheduled a interview with 5 members panel .Unfortunately panel decided i would be a fit for senior implementation Engineer and not solution architect as i don’t have experience with Sailpoint products but have experience with related products in IAM space (I mentioned to everyone in the panel and also in resume that i dont have hands on with sailpoint products ) .HR said they made me an offer and negotiated the salary and benefits .Something changed on their side and they scheduled one more interview with senior Manager .Again recruiter confirmed we are ready to offer the job .After 2-3 days recruiter wants me to speak to another manager and they rejected the offer at this point .So its total of 9 interviews wasting all the time .I would be happy if they rejected me after 5 interviews .They give all false hopes .
