I cleared 3 technical rounds. All of them were through Teams meeting. Afterwards I had discussion with Senior HR for CTC and other related things discussion and got positive response. They said last round will be with on-site team from US and on-site team rejected my profile without discussion. Seems like Indian management is the puppet of on-site team. If everything is depend on on-site team then ask on-site team only to take interviews.
