The interview process was quite thorough, and although it was lengthy, I got the feeling when the job offer was made that they really wanted ME, not just a body to sit in a chair. Due to Covid, there was the extra step of a Zoom interview, but I can appreciate that my time was not wasted. It’s all a matter of opinion whether you feel these steps are necessary. I was not offended by the extra steps. I’m glad they want a good fit for their company.
