Typical tech company interview that ghosts on candidates and wastes their time. Was screened for a position I applied to over 30 days ago, so the job description was not accessible anymore and I could not review it ahead of the screening call with the recruiter (who sounded intern level) but I vaguely remembered it and agreed to assume that I knew the basics of the role. The screening went excellent, simply questions of my background, why Salesforce, and some generic standard HR legal questions. The recruiter told me they would send the job description to me immediately after our call and that I should hear back from her by end of the week with the next step to talk to the hiring manager. She never sent the job description, never followed up. Not a good look for the company and I wouldn’t want to work somewhere that is so unprofessional. I suspect it’s another company that has a workforce full of freeloaders who do little actual work which is not an environment I want to join. Don’t drink the ‘Ohana’ Kool-Aid.
