      BDR Interview

      Nov 16, 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Dublin, Dublin
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2024

      Interview

Rigourous, what you would expect from a top org like Salesforce. I had huge support from the recruiters, they were so helpful. They shared feedback from each round which was very helpful to enable my to succeed and get the job after 3 rounds. I would say it was one of the best processes I've been through, managers were all very kind and helpful. Very much indicative of the culture at Salesforce - people are approachable and helpful if you're smart and hard working.
