I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Toronto, ON) in May 2015
Interview
Applied directly online and was contacted by a recruiter. Recruiter focused the call on why am I applying to Salesforce and how my experience translates into being a successful candidate for the role. So you have to really sell yourself. Recruiter advised that I will be passed on to his boss at the end of the call. Typically I was told that the second telephone interview is to prep you for the big interview with the hiring managers, however mine was a repeat of the first, which was odd. The last interview was very interesting, the hiring managers do not review your resume and simply want to get an understanding on who you are. So its important to be yourself and show that you have character.
The interview process included a 30 - minute phone screen with HR, a 1 - hour interview with the hiring manager focusing on sales experience and CRM knowledge, and a final role - play exercise simulating a cold call to a prospect.

Interview
Great experience during 3 sets of challenging interviews. Firstly with the recruiter (30 min call), and then 2 sets of interviews with your hiring manager and with an additional person from the company. Very responsive and quick process as well with hiring manager and with recruiter too.
