I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone screening with a recruiter, who was not clear about visa and work permit process. I was referred by an employee and after 12 days of silence, I got in touch with my contact in Salesforce and I told me that the recruiter wanted me to contact her with requirements needed for my visa. I was surprised that she was waiting that in order to continue the process, but I wrote her. She replied next day with the rejection. My discomfort was about her silence. If I had not written I would not have been contacted.
