Multiple phone interviews that eventually led to one in person mock presentation to a five person panel. The questions varied to see how much I prepared for the interview as well as what I did and did not know regarding the products.

Questions regarding experience with the Salesforce stack as well as with general business acumen.
2 interviews one with HR, one with manager and then panel interview.
Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.
