Initial phone screen by recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager, 1 round onsite interview with 4 people 30 min each, and then offer. The interview was not in any way different from other conventional interviews.

Interview questions were not difficult. There were several questions about experience in the various types of recruiting specializations. Fairly unsophisticated. The question that was borderline difficult to answer was whether a contract opportunity is preferred versus a permanent employment.

participated in three interviews over the course of about a month: a 30-minute interview with a recruiter, a 45-minute interview with the hiring manager, and a 45-minute interview with the director. Each interview was conducted in English.

This was a positive experience with a well defined process. Didn't end up taking the job but they were thoughtful (though a little slow). Wasn't sure how I would have made an impact given the size of team.
