You will get asked to complete many questions along the way. When the internal recruiter asks for you to meet with them to prep for the interview you always say YES! They have valuable insight that you will need to succeed in the interview process. My process included me applying for several jobs for which the VP and hiring manager thought I might be a fit for and in the end, the third we discussed was the one for me. They kept me in the loop, but the process took a few months. My internal recruiter was awesome. I interviewed with the hiring manager, then two members of the team, and then the VP. Then when it was decided that I would be a better fit for other positions in this department I applied and then interviewed again with the hiring manager. I totally understood and in the end, I was hired.
