I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Montreal, QC) in Nov 2021
Interview
1st interview with hiring manager and an additional manager
2nd interview: presentation with hiring manager +manager
Overall, not so difficult. Interesting conversations with the manager, good back and forth.
Get to learn about the daily processes, transparent conversations.

Question 1
what do I think will be a challenge at Salesforce?
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Question 1
Explain your sales process
How do you perform outreach
Describe a deal won
Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

Question 1
Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
