I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with a recruiter named Megan. I applied a very long time ago and also forgot about the application. After I moved on to a new role, a recruiter reached out from Salesforce. She called me and was extremely rude right from the start. Megan told me that I had no relevant skills for the job she was recruiting for, which left me bewildered as to why she called me in the first place without going through my resume. It felt like she contacted me just to insult candidates. This unprofessional behaviour made for a horrible experience and left me feeling very discouraged.
