I started with a couple screening calls with HR, and then an informal discussion with the hiring manager. After that was scheduled for a formal panel presentation with the hiring manager, two other leaders within the org, and a team member, followed by Q&A.

First screening with recruiter, then interviews with peers and first line manager, moving on to panel interview in which a presentation is to be prepared. If successful there one more interview with manager above first line manager.
