I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (New York, NY) in Apr 2025
Interview
The actual interviews themselves are not that difficult, getting in the door is harder (get referral). Their interview process allowed me to interview for 3 different teams all at the same time which increased my chances at an offer (2 teams said no, 1 team said yes). The final stage is a presentation about a previous deal you closed, treat it like you would a sales call/demo and you will do great.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If you were to sell Salesforce to your current employer, what would you sell them and how?
Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

Question 1
Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (London, England)
Interview
There was a massive lag between the first and second round through the internal recruiters. Then the one with the hiring manager was dreadful, he showed up 10 minutes late to the Zoom and then said ‘I hadn’t even prepared for this, let’s go through your cv now’.
