Getting infront of a recruiter is difficult, leverage linkedin inmails to get noticed. Then you have a recruitment interview, then a Hiring Manager interview and then a panel interview that takes place with 3-4 other hiring managers.

Lots of objection handling, the panel contains a roleplay scenario which can be challenging
Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is

There was a massive lag between the first and second round through the internal recruiters. Then the one with the hiring manager was dreadful, he showed up 10 minutes late to the Zoom and then said ‘I hadn’t even prepared for this, let’s go through your cv now’.
