Salesforce Program Manager interview questions

I had an amazing interview experience. The recruiters stayed in close contact through my journey and were very helpful is answering questions along the way. In addition to this Salesforce sent out a series of useful ways to engage with them, prep for my interviews, and learn about their brand and company. So far I am really impressed and very excited to join the company!

The interview process was very straightforward: Phone screen with recruiter, phone screen with hiring manager, 3 in-person interviews, in-person interview with hiring manager, phone interview with hiring manager's manager. so lots of calls/talks but totally expected. I worked with the recruiter and recruiting coordinator to set everything up. I also did some info interviews in the mean time. After that I was offered a position!
