Salesforce Solution Engineer interview questions

About five phone calls from 30-60 minutes, and one final interview. Amazing team and great group of people. I say that it was an easy interview process because you just have to act yourself. Salesforce is all about 'you' the person. They aren't asking questions to be difficult, but rather to understand how you are and if you would be a great teammate. I would not hesitate to work for them in the future and would love the opportunity to do so.

I had previously interviewed for another division at SF which didn't work out. The recruiter told me that they would keep me in mind for future positions. Well, they were true to their word and they reached out again for this position. Interview process was pretty standard. Few phone interview's with the different team members, including the hiring manager. Then a final onsite demonstration based off a mock case study. The one difference here from other companies is the access to a demo coach. I found this to be very helpful to reduce anxiety. You can bounce your ideas off them and know if you are heading down the right path. Overall a great process, I found everyone to be professional and organized with good communication without.
