Sallie Mae Collections Representative interview questions

There was no interview. They tell you to schedule a time only to find out it’s a sort of open interview. Several people interviewing starting at 3pm. Waited until 6pm when I had to look back and found out they ended the interview process. Waited three hours and no notification (I was last in 56th place in line) of the process ending. Thank god I didn’t put everything aside like I normally do while waiting for phone interviews to happen.
