Sam Houston State interview questions

Firstly, this review is mostly written to warn people, with my experience, of how the staff/administration (Russell Martinez) of this University handle their interview and hiring process. I had my panel video interview during the second week of April, and overall I believe it went well enough. For photography every question and answer was standard. They wanted to know how I handled my asset management and what I used for equipment, and software. Where things get frustrating, is they told me they’d have an answer to me for the next steps by that next week. I sent a ‘thank you’ email for their interview, and two weeks pass I send a follow up email. It’s now been 7 weeks with no answer whatsoever and no communication from their end. The search continues.
