Was a basic retail interview if you have worked retail before you will have no problem with it help customers ect if you can't answer a question apologies and find management

2 weeks process met with department manager interview was easy took 15 min hit a call back that week just had to wait on background check took another week started the following.

Quick and too the point with minimal questions, basically getting to the point of making sure you have proper teamwork and ideal problem solving so you can do anything on the go when needed.
