Interview was for Manager in Training position. Interview process was relaxed and fairly easy. First standard phone screen, second met with District HR manager, and last met with the General Manager. The hiring process took longer.

Interview
Basic interview. Get to know the interviewer a little and launch into questions. It's a big organization with some opportunities across a vast variety of skillsets. Overall an easy going interview with I believe a lot of competition.
horrible. The interviewer seemed uninterested from the very beginning. There was no investment into the conversation on her behalf. If they were so uninterested don't waste my time and just reject the interview.
