Super easy, short interview. They hire on the spot. Asked about availability and experience. They drug test randomly and only at some locations. Hiring process took about a total of 4 days after background check and W-2 was completed.

What is your availability like and when would you be able to start?
Interview process was straightforward and easy. They asked basic questions and basically just wanted to make sure I’d be comfortable asking random people to upgrade their membership or apply for credit cards.
It was quick and they were able to get all my info in a timely manner. They were very personable, like I was talking with someone I knew. I guess they need people bad because they wanted me to start the same day.
