The interviewer asked questions about what you know about the company and to describe yourself and goals. The interview was not very long and complicated. Was given in the open for others to hear your discussion.

Applying online or in the store, they can be a little while getting back to you. Once they do finally get back to you, it's pretty much a fast track to employment. You sit through two interviews where they ask a couple run of the mill questions then you go in for training.

The Interview process was very pleasant. The Manager that interviewed me asked about my aspirations relating to the job at hand- and were very cordial. I highly would recommend Sam's club!

As soon as I came in I went straight to the interview, she was very inquisitive and paid attention to my previous employments and experience. They’re very honest with what they expect from you and always explained why they were doing when they were doing it during the process.
