I think one of the ways I bombed was in saying that I had been a FA before so I had a good understanding of the job duties before reading them. The way I said it must have made them feel I was somehow too confident...which couldn't be further from the truth...I know I'm a great employee and was a really good FA in the past...but each experience is unique. So I think there's a fine line between confidence and seeming like you think you're a shoe in.
