Three stage interview
1, Telephone interview around skills and job role
2, Face to face presentation around what I would do in the role
3, Face to face interview with more detailed questions on my skill set. Lots of demonstrate when you x questions
The interview process was quite informal. The interviewer was relaxed and put me at ease. The brief for the presentation was detailed and the process helped me to gain a more detailed understanding of the role. The in house recruitment team were excellent at facilitating the process. My expectations were well managed.
