Was recommended for the position as an internal promotion (moving from a weekend part-time position to a full-time position). Interview held with current manager and future national team manager. Interview was held in a location 3 hours away from home (but mid-way for both parties). atmosphere was comfortable, job roles were explained, competency questions asked and previous work was reviewed.
