I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sandia National Laboratories (Albuquerque, NM) in Mar 2019
Interview
I applied online for this position and received a half hour phone call about two weeks later gauging interest and answering basic behavioral type questions. About two weeks after that, I received an email and phone offer to fly my out and do an in personal interview. The interview itself was simple and only lasted about an hour. It was a panel interview with several managers from different departments asking about past work experiences and more behavioral type questions, which were all pretty easy. Two weeks after this, I received another email asking for school transcripts and basic security information to continue the decision process. I promptly provided this information and waited two weeks before sending my HR contact an email asking when I might expect a decision regarding an offer. The answer I received was "should hear from the hiring manager fairly soon". Three weeks later and several unanswered phone attempts, I haven't heard anything.

Question 1
Give an example of when you had to deal with an uncooperative team member
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sandia National Laboratories (Albuquerque, NM) in Feb 2022
Interview
Panel interview with round robin interview questions with a panel. I'm not a big fan of the way they do the interviews, and would rather see SNL behave more like the rest of tech.

Question 1
What is an example of a time where you had interpersonal conflict
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sandia National Laboratories (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Aug 2021
Interview
It was an online videoconference. The questions and answers were in the STAR style format. It was a panel interview, first with my colleagues to be, followed by the management staff. Aside from the interview itself though, the entire process from interview to hire is very slow. To be honest, almost any process is slow at Sandia.

I don't remember any specific questions, but the format was the STAR (situation, task, action, result) format, pretty basic stuff.
