Sandia National Laboratories R D Intern interview questions

I'd say my interview was pretty straight forward. I had the first round with just the manager which was pretty much introductions and learning more about the role (about 30-45mins)and then on the second interview it was the manager and about 4 other members of the team This was a 1 hour interview where they looked into my resume and asked me questions about some of the stuff on there. The format of the questions where like, Why did you use a certain method to solve a problem, are there any scenarios where you would say that your method won't work and stuff like that. I also got questions like, Have you used (Skill) before and tell me more about what you used it for. Its also important to note SNL has a LOT of departments and so the interview might be different depending on the organization you're interviewing with.

Was a casual phone call where they asked questions about my resume and skills about the job. Should be fine as long as you can discuss in detail about your resume and add follow up details.
